Talent Acquisition Associate

Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from interview scheduling through the candidate's first day.

In this role, you will support Talent Acquisition Operations, coordinate recruiting activities, manage candidate communications, assist with onboarding and pre-employment activities, and maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation. You may also support Campus Recruiting initiatives and play a key role in the annual summer internship program.

This opportunity will begin as a contingent assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent position for a high-performing individual.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate virtual and onsite candidate interviews, including schedules, logistics, communications, and day-of interview support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and high-touch candidate experience.
• Support recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting and onboarding journey.
• Review offer letters and support pre-employment activities, including background checks and required hiring documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new-hire readiness.
• Support internship and Campus Recruiting initiatives.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, candidate communications, and high-volume hiring activities associated with campus recruiting.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and process tracking within recruiting and HR systems.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the overall Talent Acquisition experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional support to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Take initiative, follow through on commitments, and proactively address the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, onboarding, or a related administrative support role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• A self-starter who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to come prepared, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience working with recruiting, applicant tracking, or HR systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional, high-touch customer service and support.
• Commitment to delivering a seamless, positive, and professional recruiting experience.

Pay Rate: Up to $29.50 per hour depending on experience
