About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Corporate Dining. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, diplomatic leader responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of a busy global corporate account. This role involves leading an international team of professionals, planning business objectives, and ensuring compliance with corporate and financial goals. Key responsibilities include preparing and approving regional budgets, securing and maintaining company capital assets, coordinating surveys, and overseeing the quality standards of the business. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in recruiting and training key leadership, and maintaining client and customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a BS degree in business management or a related field, with a Master’s degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-unit support services management, a strong track record of client or customer satisfaction, and proven experience in managing P&L budgets are required. The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment, and proficiency in Windows-based office software. The candidate must be prepared for up to 50% travel and be adept at leading a team of six or more director-level members.
