Forklift operator

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the Distribution Center and Reverse Logistics Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $21.25

Shift: 1st Shift 7AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Move pallets and materials efficiently through various areas of the Distribution Center and Reverse Logistics Center

• Load and unload customer trailers with precision and care

• Power-sort pallets by hand as part of daily responsibilities in some locations

• Operate forklifts with strict adherence to safety procedures to prevent injuries

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while achieving production goals

What's Needed?

• Good math, language, and reading skills with attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required

• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

• Pass a background check and drug screening
