Radiology - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Nebraska Medicine.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: OR experience required. Proficient in trauma, imaging, and portable X-rays; fluoroscopy is minimal but possible. Proficient in C-Arm procedures.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Fluoroscopy preferred.

Unit Details: Fluoro/diagnostic X-rays on inpatients and ED patients, portable X-rays on patient floors, and C-Arm procedures in the OR. Uses rad rooms, portable X-ray, C-Arms, R/F, McKesson PACS, and Centricity RIS. Average in ED around 20-25 patients on the shift. No support staff except on floors. Will be responsible for a portion of the portables on floors.

Shift & Scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Call required. Holidays required as needed and scheduled.

Floating Requirements: May float between Emergency Department and Diagnostic Department.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
