Massillon Mancan is assisting a local food manufacturing facility in their search for dependable Production Workers. Production Workers will play an important role in the production and packaging of high-quality food products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and sanitary work environment.
Job Responsibilities Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.Assist with the preparation, production, and packaging of food products.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Measure ingredients and materials accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Must have open availability and be willing to work swing shifts.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift moderate loads and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift. Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
