The incumbent will be responsible for providing Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers of our portfolio of business.What will you need to succeed:Minimum of a Associates Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations. Two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.Skills & Abilities:Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirementsAbility to handle conflict and diffuse confrontational situations Demonstrate accountability and dependabilityEffective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate othersCommunicates effectively verbal and in writing.
