Auto Glass Technician

Auto Glass Technician – Salem Location We are looking for an auto glass technician to join our Salem shop. Starting salary ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, depending on experience. Additional earnings are available through bonus and incentive programs. We also provide paid time off, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Responsibilities Repair and replace auto glass using approved methods, tools, and techniques. Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements. Ensure equipment, materials, and work areas comply with all regulations and requirements. Ship and receive inventory and examine received inventory for quality control. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications State‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and stand for long periods.
