Job Description We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor for a night shift position. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and managing hospital operations during the night hours. Responsibilities Supervising nursing staff and delegating tasks. Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Managing emergency situations effectively. Coordinating with other departments to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently. Conducting regular rounds to monitor patient conditions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active California RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
