Position Summary Ridgeview Institute Monroe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our Nursing Services Department. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CNO will oversee the clinical practice of nursing, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a vital part in shaping the strategic direction of nursing services and collaborating across departments to support our mission of compassionate behavioral health care.
