Marketing StrategistReal estate runs on Yardi, and your work helps clients and prospects move faster. At the intersection of product and marketing, you connect product strategy to revenue outcomes. You define buyer personas and problems, create distinctive positioning and turn complex product stories into narratives that drive engagement and sales. You own the launch calendar and orchestrate integrated campaigns with product, demand generation and field teams. You build proof through case studies, demos and clear storytelling that earns trust. You equip sales with crisp messaging, competitive guidance and training that elevates every conversation. You champion the voice of the customer and bring it into product, marketing, and sales decisions. Your work drives awareness, adoption, and retention across the customer life cycle. If you love combining data, creativity, and storytelling to bring products to life — we'd love to have you on the team.What You'll Do:Define target audiences, craft compelling product positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, launches, and campaigns that drive adoption and client engagement.Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop impactful collateral, sales tools, and training materials.Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fieldThree years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketingPrior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointKnowledge of product launch planning, campaign development, and sales enablement practicesWriting and storytelling skills to translate product information into clear, compelling messagesVerbal and written communication skillsProofreading and editing skillsStrong attention to detail and high accuracyProject management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong research and analytical skillsUnderstanding of client needs and ability to translate feedback into marketing strategyExcellent organizational skillsSolid interpersonal and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyInitiative and accountability in managing deliverables and timelinesAnalytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIsIdeal to Have:Experience in specified product/market/industryEnterprise software and real estate industry experienceExperience hosting webinars or speaking at client-facing eventsFamiliarity with marketing automation platformsExperience with design tools including Adobe Suite and FigmaProficiency with marketing tools such as project management, CRM, or website CMS platformReal Estate runs on Yardi.
