AI/ML Engineer

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
• We require a bachelors degree
• We require at least five years of experience in AI/ML
• Experience with the Department of Defense is preferred
• Experience in supply chain and logistics is preferred

• We design and implement advanced machine learning models for logistics optimization, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection
• We apply reinforcement learning, neural networks, and metaheuristics to address complex supply chain and inventory challenges
• We build real-time decision systems for dynamic pricing, resource allocation, and predictive maintenance
• We lead architecture design for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems
• We mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in ML development and secure software engineering
• We align technical roadmaps with defense AI strategies and mission-critical needs
• We evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies to solve logistics challenges in contested and uncertain environments

The role is for an AI/ML Engineer focused on supply chain and logistics, with up to 10% travel required and an active Secret clearance required.
