Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within an ambulatory operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the unit
• Assist with GI and endoscopic procedures approximately three days per week
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (two attempts allowed, required of all RNs regardless of specialty)
• No open background check cases permitted; current driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ambulatory OR experience strongly preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
