Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients requiring emergency, critical care, and cardiopulmonary support, including invasive and non-invasive therapies.
- Administer treatments, monitor ventilator support, and perform related diagnostic testing and patient education.
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment; participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders and adjust plans as needed.
- Assist with EKG interpretation and monitor associated cardiopulmonary parameters.
- Document care activities accurately and ensure compliance with department protocols and safety standards.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan (RRT preferred; CRT accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA); NBRC credentials
- Experience: 2+ years of RRT experience required
- Competencies: Comfortable with ventilators and EKG interpretation
- Education: (Not specified beyond licensure and certifications)
- Availability: Must be able to work the 6:30 PM-7:00 AM 3x12-hour night shift schedule; travel assignment with 13-week duration
