Lead IT Program Manager

Position: Lead IT Program Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience within large, complex organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology, digital, data, analytics, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives.
Experience managing plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with product, engineering, business, and operational partners.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, competing demands, and organizational complexity.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
