Mission Manager

Mission Manager Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. The role requires willingness and capability to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Mission Managers are responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in‑house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives. Key Skills Collaborate effectively in a team environment to make complex, multi‑factor decisions under extreme stress. Think critically about the immediate and long‑term implications of tactical decisions and how they fit into overall team objectives. Serve as a natural multitasker and communicator. Minimum Requirements/Experience Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, and complex command and control tools and systems. Ability to work in high to extreme stress environments. At least 6 years of Intelligence experience (includes LEO, FBI, USSS, etc.) or Department of Defense experience. Valid driver’s license with Real ID. Education Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 to 8 years of full‑time professional experience. Master’s degree preferred with 2 to 6 years of experience.
