Without adoption tracking, ROI measurement, and case study production, SeniorCRE deploys software — not proof. We are hiring a Customer Success & ROI Lead to own operator adoption, operating performance measurement, and case study production after each deployment. This role ensures the commercial value of every deployment is measured, documented, and published in a form that drives the next operator sale. Fractional to start (2–3 days/week). Grows to FTE Customer Success Manager when operator count reaches 3–4 and reference call volume requires dedicated attention. Start at first go-live — not after.## Key responsibilities* Post-launch adoption tracking — usage, engagement, and workflow adherence per community* ROI measurement framework — established at deployment start, tracked from go-live* Third-party ROI validation coordination for each operator case study* Published case study production — named operator, real dollar figures, CFO as reference contact* Commercial reference materials for sales — case studies, operator testimonials, ROI data* Reference call management — operator contacts available to prospective customers* Hold data conversations with CFOs — understands labor cost, AR aging, occupancy, and CapEx as operating metrics* Understand the difference between software adoption and financial impact — do not conflate the two## Qualifications* Has managed a SaaS customer success function at an enterprise account — not a consumer product* Has produced a published, externally facing case study with specific financial outcomes* Can hold a data conversation with a CFO — understands labor cost, AR aging, occupancy, and CapEx as operating metrics* Understands the difference between software adoption and financial impact* Strong analytical depth — not just relationship management* Demonstrable daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or comparable LLM-based systems — used for research, analysis, documentation, communication, and performance reporting## Nice to have* Prior experience in senior living or healthcare operator context* Experience managing third-party ROI validation processes* Has supported a sales process using case study outputs* Experience with enterprise SaaS customer success at scale## Why this role mattersPost-launch adoption, ROI measurement, and case study production have no owner today. These are the outputs that drive the next operator sale. Without this function, each deployment ends at go-live with no commercial follow-through. This role turns deployments into proof — and proof into pipeline.## CompensationCompensation is calibrated to role, experience, and location and shared in the recruiter screen.
