Safe Way is seeking responsible, safety-conscious, and dependable School Bus Drivers to safely transport students to and from school and activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, demonstrates patience and professionalism, follows assigned routes and schedules and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of student safety. Looking for drivers to driver 4-5 hours/day with the opportunity for more hours if desired. On site trainer for those needing their Class B CDL, School Bus and/or Passenger endorsements.

• Company paid DOT physical
• Paid Training
• Eligible for end of year bonuses
• Eligible to apply for WI unemployment for non-school days (including summers!)
• All buses are parked inside a garage
• Vehicles are fueled for you
• 2 hours minimum paid per route shift

Bus drivers must have a CDL (commercial driver's license) with School Bus and Passenger endorsements OR be willing to be trained and tested for one. All drivers must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and have a good driving record.
