Customer Support Assistant

Role Overview

Help shape next-generation AI systems by contributing real-world customer support expertise to a project centered on excellent customer experiences. You will provide empathetic, solution-oriented support while supplying scenario-based input that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform in customer support contexts. Key Responsibilities Deliver clear, efficient, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels. Use CRM software to accurately document, manage, and track customer interactions and resolutions. Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions that improve customer satisfaction. Apply product knowledge to resolve questions and educate end users effectively. Share feedback, recurring challenges, and customer sentiment trends with project stakeholders. Create and review support documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support high-quality knowledge transfer. Provide detailed, scenario-based expertise for AI training in real-world customer support situations. Qualifications At least 3 years of professional customer support experience. Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer cases with empathy and a solution-focused approach. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to tone and clarity. Advanced proficiency with CRM software and digital support tools. Strong product knowledge transfer and user-education skills. Analytical problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments. Experience in remote or distributed project settings is a plus. Work Terms Independent contractor engagement. Remote role open to candidates based in the United States. No prior AI experience is required. Compensation $21 to $45 per hour.
