Position Summary

RELIVE Health Wellington is seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic to join our growing wellness team.

This position combines hands-on clinical care, exceptional customer service, back-office administrative support, and teamwork . Responsibilities include IV vitamin therapy, injections, blood draws, patient monitoring, documentation, and supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

The ideal candidate has strong IV and venipuncture skills, exceptional customer service skills, a team-first attitude, and excellent attention to detail . We are looking for someone who is warm and professional with patients, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to step in and help wherever reasonably needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy, injections, and wellness treatments within appropriate scope of practice.

• Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and maintain peripheral IV lines.

• Monitor patients throughout treatments and appropriately respond to adverse or emergency reactions.

• Follow laboratory protocols and accurately collect and process specimens.

• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone , creating a warm, professional, and welcoming patient experience.

• Educate patients regarding treatments, expectations, and post-care instructions within appropriate scope.

• Complete timely and accurate patient documentation within the EHR.

• Assist with back-office administrative responsibilities , including patient communication, scheduling, documentation, treatment coordination, inventory, and other operational tasks.

• Assist with inventory management and maintain appropriate stock levels of vitamins, medical supplies, and infusion materials.

• Collaborate with medical providers and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and smooth clinic operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinical environment and follow appropriate infection-control standards.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

• Maintain a team-first mindset and assist in other areas of the clinic when needed, including administrative and general office support.

• Help provide coverage during lunches, call-outs, staffing gaps, high-volume periods, promotions, and events.

• Perform additional responsibilities within the individual's scope of licensure/certification and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license/certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic
  
  
• Current BLS certification required
  
  
• ACLS certification preferred

• Previous IV infusion, emergency medicine, wellness, med spa, or functional medicine experience preferred

• Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
  
  
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Warm, professional, and confident when interacting with patients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfortable assisting with both clinical and administrative responsibilities

Schedule & Flexibility

This position is available full-time or part-time and requires flexibility based on patient scheduling, treatment needs, staffing, and clinic operations.

The workday is not always limited to the clinic's posted office hours. There may be occasions when team members are required to remain later when patient treatments extend beyond scheduled hours or when additional time is needed to complete patient care, documentation, closing responsibilities, administrative work, or other clinic operations.

Additional flexibility may be required during high-volume periods, staffing gaps, promotions, special events, or other clinic needs.

All hours worked must be accurately recorded and will be handled in accordance with applicable timekeeping and overtime policies.

Compensation

Paramedic: $24–$28/hour
Registered Nurse (RN): $30–$36/hour

Compensation is based on licensure, experience, qualifications, IV/venipuncture proficiency, and relevant wellness or infusion experience .
