Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Nuclear Med Tech in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations Thorough working knowledge of nuclear medicine technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and biomedical sciences related to nuclear medicine technology is required.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start intravenous lines is required.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to operate Gamma cameras, SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners, nuclear medicine computers, and Cardiac Stress equipment is required.
• Additional Confirmations Basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments is required.
• Additional Confirmations Basic knowledge of EKG to perform cardiac studies is required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
