Our Voice AI agents power millions of real‑time customer interactions every day, generating a uniquely deep dataset of behavioral signals, conversation patterns, and outcomes. As an Analytics Engineer, you won’t just report on this data—you’ll help shape how it’s used to drive smarter decisions across the business. Your work will directly influence how our platform determines next‑best actions, improves agent performance, and continuously evolves the customer experience. You’ll also analyze how human agents interact with our product, uncovering opportunities to improve workflows, inform new feature development, and increase efficiency across both AI and human teams. The insights you generate will play a key role in helping agents spend less time on manual tasks and more time engaging meaningfully with customers. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and AI—where your analysis will directly contribute to building more intelligent systems and better customer experiences at scale. Responsibilities Conduct deep‑dive analysis and develop internal reports and dashboards to inform key product and business decisions Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Product Specialists to provide data‑driven insights that inform how AI agents are built, tuned, and evaluated for individual customers Inform how key metrics should be calculated and presented in the Regal app Use AI coding agents to accelerate analysis and data discovery Create and maintain documentation of business metrics and the data model About You 3+ years experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst or management consultant Fluent writing SQL and using dbt Experience with any modern warehouse; ClickHouse/Snowflake are preferred Comfortable working with Looker or a comparable dashboarding tool Passionate about data access and empowering others to make decisions with data Excited to work alongside AI tools – not just using them, but improving their outputs by rigorously reviewing, refining, and iterating on AI‑generated code and analyses Enthusiastic about the fast‑paced work environment of an early‑stage startup Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a story with data Benefits We care about your health! All offers include a competitive equity package and may include variable compensation. Salary is determined individually based on skills, location, experience, and education. Position Location & Office Details This position is only available in New York City (HQ – Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office on Tuesday/Wed/Thu and office optional on Monday/Friday.
