This role is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material flow processes, and ensuring timely availability of inventory to meet operational needs. This role requires hands-on experience in inventory control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution environment.**What You’ll Do:*** Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system transactions* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis* Perform routine inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records* Process inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns) in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)* Monitor inventory metrics (accuracy, shrinkage, turnover) and recommend improvements* Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices* Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency* Ability to use Fork Truck safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives* Maintain a safe and clean work environment* Work in both team and cross functional environments* Any other duties as assigned**What We Seek:*** 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or related field* Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations* Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Attention to detail and accuracy* Effective communication and teamwork* Time management and ability to prioritize tasks* Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments* Preferred: Familiarity with cycle counting programs and inventory auditing techniques**What We Offer:**At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
