Established Chicagoland General Contractor | Growing Organization We're partnered with a well-established General Contractor near West Chicago, IL that is looking to add a Project Accountant to their growing team. The Project Accountant will work closely with Project Managers, operations teams, and leadership to support the financial success of active construction projects throughout Chicagoland. Their portfolio includes a variety of commercial, industrial, and interiors projects , providing exposure to different project types while working alongside an experienced team. What You'll Be Doing Manage project accounting functions from startup through closeout Track project budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures Review subcontractor invoices, payment applications, and project billing Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, and job cost analysis Partner with Project Managers and operations teams on project financial performance Monitor project profitability and help identify potential cost concerns Support accurate financial tracking across multiple active projects What They're Looking For 2+ years of Project Accounting experience Experience working at a General Contractor preferred Understanding of job costing, project financials, AIA billing, and reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally Someone who wants to grow with a company and take on more responsibility over time $80K - $90K base salary + bonus potential Unlimited PTO (employees are encouraged to take at least 15 days annually) Growing organization with several sister companies and opportunities for advancement Be part of the next phase of company growth and help shape the future of the organization Work closely with leadership and operations teams in a collaborative environment Stable backlog supported by long-term client relationships Long-term career growth opportunities This is a great opportunity for a Project Accountant who wants to join a growing organization, make an impact, and build a long-term career with a company investing in its future. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flowtec Construction
