About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Generis Tek Inc to find a qualified CVOR RN in Rockford, Illinois, 61101!

Unit CVOR 
- # suites: 15 (2 CVOR specific)
- # of cases per day: 35 (3-6 CV specific on average per day)
- Required Certifications: RN, BLS
- Common Cases: CABG, Carotids, valve replacement, endartarectomies, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with endovascular intervention, AAA, VATS, sternal repairs
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: CVOR experience
- Scrubbing required - RN's : No
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge RN specific in OR 24hr coverage/ House Sup over entire hospital
OR techs Yes, ST's & 1 CSFA EMR EPIC
- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1515 (some 0600 starts) Monday-Friday
- What is call response time?: 30 minutes
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: hospital provided scrubs

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: Part time: $6,000 – 1-4 years RN experience, 2-year work commitment $15,000 – 5+ years RN experience, 2-year work commitment
