We combine qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and scalable analyses to power strategy at the highest levels. We partner with internal Hudl teams and business leaders by providing self-service analytics, custom insights, and foresights to help them drive their business forward. We are building a Voice-of-the-Customer (VoC) program at Hudl, and creating the team that will lead this transformational initiative focused on the Customer Experience.As a Manager, Consumer Insights you will be the leader of the team that is working across the organization to meet the strategic vision of Decision Science and Consumer Insights, integrate new technologies, and oversee the development of new processes that support teams across the organization. This role manages the team that owns two core functional areas: Voice-of-the-Customer (VoC), and Consumer Insights Research (CIR). These functions provide reporting, insights, and strategic consulting to business partners that is grounded in a deep understanding of the customer.In addition to managing the team, this role will entail elements of hands-on administration of all of the platforms and tools used within these functional areas.This role is open to remote employees in select US states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.You areCustomer Obsessed. Recruit, maintain, and improve the Consumer Insights team. Onboard new hires by putting in place practices that are repeatable and scalable.Design.Develop a strong understanding of how Customer Experience measurement fits into the larger business partner strategy. Zero-in on true business needs and key questions to be answered.Execute. Create NPS/CSAT programs for all business units. Lead interviews, survey development, closed-loop-feedback processes, and role-based reporting Analyze. Lead analysis efforts - orient team around all analysis possible vs. which analysis will be impactful. Connect Experience data to Operational data to generate actionable insights for the business. Bring the Voice of the Customer to the frontlines. By capturing and managing the complete VoC program while anticipating and identifying key challenges and opportunities within the customer journey.Be an expert on VoC Software. Contribute to the development of an enterprise VoC solution, including technical implementation of new VoC platforms/systems/tools, vendor onboarding and management, integration, and ongoing data integrity maintenance.We will Celebrate work at Hudl retreats.
