• Complete intake, screening, and assessment processes within required timeframes
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and state guidelines
• Facilitate group counseling, educational sessions, and individual counseling focused on recovery
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight and feedback
• Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Support clients through transition processes, including completion of required correspondence
• Maintain professional, ethical relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members
• Respond effectively to crisis situations as they arise
• Represent the organization professionally within the community
• Complete required trainings and maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree (non-licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified or credentialed to provide services within scope of practice
• Credentialed as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB) or as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
• Willingness to become credentialed in additional states and provide telehealth services Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal and driving record checks
• Valid driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment
• Must complete required training within specified timeframes
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage documentation requirements consistently Physical Requirements
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
• Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
