Safety Director
Extera Building Solutions
Extera Building Solutions is seeking a Safety Director to lead safety across complex exterior restoration projects. You’ll develop and enforce jobsite safety programs, perform site audits, conduct JSAs, and coach field crews on fall protection, scaffolding, and equipment use. Partner with project managers and superintendents to plan safe means and methods, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions. You’ll lead OSHA-compliant training, maintain documentation, and promote a field-focused, safety-first culture while mentoring foremen and future safety leaders as our company grows.
