Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment. Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards. Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. Perform injections. Schedule & Locations Primary center: Jacksboro. Target weekly hours: 32 hours, 4 days a week. Education and Licensure Requirements Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state in which you are applying to work. DEA licensure in the state of the center.
