Germany Reference number: DM-79 The Doceins Group is an association of medical care centers (MVZs) at over 50 locations throughout Germany. A total of 470 doctors and medical professionals work daily to provide comprehensive and optimal patient care as the region's medical network. Tasks Patient care and collection of patient data Carry out medical orders under supervision, including administering medications and injections Preparation and participation in the implementation of tumor‑specific therapies (chemotherapies, antibodies) Preparation and administration of blood draws and infusions Wound care, application of dressings Assistance with medical procedures (e.g., lumbar puncture, ascites drainage) Participation in internal and external quality assurance Perform documentation, billing, organizational and administrative tasks Sample collection and preparation of tissue and fluids Preparation and execution of blood draws and infusions Conducting laboratory tests and analyzing the test results Preparation and participation in the implementation of tumor‑specific therapies, e.g., chemotherapy, antibody therapies Administration of medications and injections Preparation of instruments and equipment, e.g., injection syringes and infusion devices Qualification Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d) or as Advanced training in oncology and/or palliative care desirable, but not required Professional experience, preferably in oncology, intensive care or palliative medicine, desirable but not required Experience in the laboratory/administration of chemotherapy desirable Knowledge of practice management systems (iB Medatixx) and MS Office is an advantage Excellent knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written Empathetic and professional interaction with patients and their families Benefits 31 days of vacation A pleasant working environment Individual further training opportunities Job‑Rad Leasing Employer contribution to company pension scheme Targeted support for your professional training and development Application Requirements CV Proof of successful completion of vocational training Employment references Additional Information Are you looking forward to a new challenge and want to contribute to our success?
