Marketing Manager - 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract

Overview

Compact Lifts is seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Manager to join our Melbourne team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is a hands-on role suited to a capable marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable results within an established residential business.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will oversee marketing delivery across digital and traditional channels, supporting lead generation, brand awareness and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned to growth targets
Manage day-to-day campaigns including digital advertising, content, email marketing, social media and events
Drive lead generation initiatives across multiple channels
Collaborate with sales to produce brochures, case studies and presentations
Oversee website content, SEO and online performance
Track and report on campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations
Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Skills and Experience

3+ years’ marketing experience (B2B and/or residential products preferred)
Experience with GA4, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Looker Studio and Trello
Strong digital marketing capability including SEO and website management
Proven ability to execute and measure multi-channel campaigns
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
Full working rights in Australia
