Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a position in Waupaca, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care on a 12-hour day shift schedule. Candidates are required to bring their Wisconsin Registered Nurse license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; Associate Degree or Certificate; at least 3+ years of RN experience with a minimum of 2+ years in the emergency room; Epic charting experience within the last year; valid Wisconsin RN license.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, guaranteed 36 hours per week.
• Experience Requirement: 0 years minimum experience, with at least 3+ years RN experience required and 2+ years in the emergency room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Additional Information: All ThedaCare facilities require float coverage; no on-call or callback requirements; no new travelers unless at least one completed contract; holiday rotation included; orientation includes 8-hour unbillable GSA hours during the first week which are not guaranteed to be set hours.
