Senior Analyst - Regulatory

Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Services Exton, PA, Hartford, CT, New York, NY, or Morristown, NJ Responsibilities Submit via SERFF new product filings, product enhancements, and bureau reference filings to U.S. insurance regulators. Review state objections and collaborate with actuary, business units, and other staff to draft state objection responses. Review Bureau Circulars for Commercial P&C business. Coordinate required actions to comply with state requirements, analyze bureau circulars/bulletins to determine impact on rates, rules, and forms, and provide accurate information to relevant business units. Communicate to IT teams all product changes to ensure systems are updated based on state filings approvals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance Services. Required Skills and Abilities Experience with SERFF Understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance state filings, bureau products, underwriting or underwriting support Detail-oriented, highly analytical and organized Customer service orientation and strong written communication skills Desired Skills and Abilities Multiline P&C and ISO/AAIS bureau experience The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $64,600-$107,300. Actual pay will be determined based on the individual's skills, experience, and location.
