Carpenter's Helper Opportunity — Ridgefield, Ct. Home Remodeling

Join our Ridgefield, Ct. based home remodeling company as a Carpenter's Helper. We operate primarily on projects throughout middle and lower Fairfield County, CT, and are currently working in Brookfield, Ct. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn carpentry skills on real residential renovation projects.

Training will be provided for the right candidate . While prior experience is helpful, it is not a requirement; what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting carpenters with setup and teardown of job site areas
• Measuring, cutting, and handling materials under supervision
• Transporting materials and equipment between sites
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Performing basic installation tasks such as trim, shelving, and simple cabinetry

Ideal candidate profile: You are punctual and arrive ready to work at the start of each day, you have reliable transportation to travel to project locations (including Brookfield and other towns in Fairfield County), and you are physically fit for manual labor. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills are essential. Applicants must also be drug free.
