Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, inventory, and material management operations within a mission-critical data center environment .

This position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing storage locations, and ensuring the efficient movement of technical equipment and consumable materials throughout the facility.

Candidates must have previous experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, or material management operations within a data center environment. Experience working in active data centers, colocation facilities, hyperscale environments, or technical infrastructure operations is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced operational environments where accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail are critical to maintaining uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries both physically and within inventory management systems.
• Handle incoming devices, hardware, equipment, and consumable materials.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled, secured, and stored according to established procedures.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to data centers, warehouses, and other operational facilities.
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies when identified.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory and storage areas.
• Create and manage project-specific staging areas and palletized inventory.
• Pull, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Support urgent operational material requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and asset scanning activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management platforms.
• Process return-to-stock transactions and manage excess project materials.
• Support inventory reconciliation across multiple storage locations.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience supporting logistics, inventory, warehouse, or material management operations within a data center environment.
• Experience working in mission-critical facilities such as enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, or cloud data centers.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or asset tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and materials as required.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working within inventory systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical infrastructure operations within active data centers.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, asset tracking, and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Experience handling IT hardware, including servers, network equipment, storage devices, racks, cables, and related infrastructure components.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or asset management tools.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, staging, and material handling best practices within data center operations.
• Understanding of data center operational processes, asset lifecycle management, and equipment deployment workflows.
• Experience working alongside facilities, infrastructure, or deployment teams in data center environments.
