About the Job Dispatcher - Full time day position 9:00 AM -6:00 PM About the Job: Feldkamps Towing in Urbana, IL is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher this would be a 1ST shift position and every other weekend. Hours are 9AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday and 7am-3pm every other weekend. Duties:
- Answer phones.
- Dispatch Drivers.
- Complete all steps to releasing a vehicle.
- Data Entry.
- Ability to type while taking information and asking questions.
- Ability to focus and multi-task with multiple phone lines ringing and customers coming in.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Follow detailed instructions.
- Knowledge of vehicles.
- Experience preferred but will train the right person.
