Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist – Weslaco, TX Jackson Therapy Partners invites travel Physical Therapists to a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Weslaco, Texas. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Apply therapeutic techniques and mobility/transfer training appropriate for skilled nursing settings. Utilize SNF documentation systems to record patient progress and interventions. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and mobility/transfer training.
