You will be responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of a multi-family residential property. This role ensures efficient property management, maximizes occupancy and revenue, maintains the physical asset, and upholds company standards for resident experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
• Enforce leases, community policies, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and oversee rent collection.
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.
• Build positive resident relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of property management experience (multi-family preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software
• CAM, ARM, or similar certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
