Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Technician to support supply chain and inventory operations within a hospital Operating Room environment.

The Supply Chain Technician will be responsible for accurately picking, handling, organizing, and delivering medical supplies and materials to support daily hospital operations. The ideal candidate should have warehouse or inventory experience and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pull supplies and materials accurately based on orders or department requests.
• Locate inventory and ensure the correct items and quantities are selected.
• Deliver and stage supplies for the Operating Room and other designated areas.
• Restock inventory and maintain organized supply areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and expiration dates when applicable.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established procedures.
• Handle medical supplies and materials carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and supply-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and hospital staff.
• Perform other supply chain and warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, inventory, materials management, or a related environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse picking and order fulfillment .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy .
• Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory and supplies as required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work the required Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment .
• Experience handling medical or surgical supplies.
• Experience supporting an Operating Room or clinical department.
• Inventory management or materials management experience.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or barcode scanning.
