Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager to lead operations and strategy within our Financial Services division. You will own P&L performance, guide market positioning, and oversee teams delivering personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products. This role blends executive leadership, financial analysis, and operational excellence, driving growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior customer experience. You will foster CCFI’s supportive, inclusive culture, champion employee development, and strengthen community relationships to enhance customer stability and long-term company success.
