Shift Manager

QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER (BILINGUAL KOREAN REQUIRED)\n\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are now seeking a\nshift manager position. \n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n * Supervise and manage shift operations, including warehouse staff, drivers,\n and logistics coordinators.\n * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard\n operating procedures.\n * Monitor productivity, accuracy, and efficiency to meet customer requirements\n and KPIs.\n * Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, and adjust resources as needed.\n * Prepare shift reports including staffing, incidents, and performance metrics.\n * Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve skills and performance.\n * Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively while escalating critical\n matters when necessary.\n * Collaborate with Transportation, Customs, and other departments to ensure\n smooth end-to-end logistics.\n * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and\n reduce errors.\n\n\nQualifications\n * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or\n equivalent work experience).\n * Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL\n environment.\n * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n * Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required).\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n * Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays as needed).\n * Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) is a plus.\n\n\n\n
