You'll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure - so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results. What You'll Do Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters) Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required) What We Offer Competitive Base Compensation: High base salary tiered by role level ($195,000-$280,000).
