Looking for a hands-on maintenance role? Our client is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of a well-maintained apartment community in beautiful Trinidad, CO Looking for a tech who can confidently handle maintenance tasks independently.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Tech:
- Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and basic repairs
- Complete apartment turns and maintain the make-ready schedule
- Conduct property and unit inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the community
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with ordering materials and supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required
Ability to independently manage day-to-day maintenance responsibilities
At least 1+ year of maintenance experience with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Technical certifications/licenses preferred English proficiency (read, write, and speak)
