Marketing and Sales Representative Position Details:
- Assess customer's individual usage needs and interests in order to best recommend sales and marketing campaigns
- Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales in retail setting
- Understanding the importance of sales and customer engagement as it relates to Brand Recognition
- Tracking market trends within a given territory
- Working within an extremely dynamic and successful business team developing existing clients and attracting new business
- Consulting with clients and candidates to ensure value add to both groups, while working in a retail setting
Expectations / What Our Team is Looking For:
- Entry Level / Full Time Individuals to work in person with customers
- Positive Energy
- Candidates who can take initiative on projects
- Solution-finders (NOT Problem-finders!)
- Past experience working in a team environment
- Organized and Reliable
