Your Day-to-Day Environment This Field Service Technician role is based at a dedicated site in a regulated laboratory environment. Located in West Point, PA. You’ll work consistently in one location, building familiarity with the equipment, systems, and day-to-day operations—rather than rotating between sites. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus) Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Equivalent combinations of education, training, or hands-on experience are welcome.
