Job Title: SAP Public Cloud ERP - Supply Chain Management Consultant

SAP Public Cloud ERP - Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP Public Cloud transformation for a major Houston-based enterprise (likely Sysco or Halliburton).
The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in SAP SCM modules, hands-on experience with S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) , and familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology . Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM modules , including:
Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, MRP, and Logistics Execution. - Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose compliant SAP solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Order Management) to ensure smooth integration between modules.
- Configure system settings, master data, and reporting relevant to supply chain operations.
- Support testing, data migration, end-user training, and go-live activities .
- Document configurations, business process flows, and solution designs.
- Guide clients through the SAP Activate Methodology , including Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases.
- Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud innovations , quarterly release changes, and best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, SD, or similar).
- Proven experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
- Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and production planning processes.
- Familiarity with public cloud limitations, extensibility framework, and SAP standard processes .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing interactions.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Supply Chain or related discipline.
- Experience working with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
- Prior consulting or delivery experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries.
