Job Title: LPN Location: Covington, GA Setting: Home Health Pay Range: 1375.31 - 1444.08 Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: GA License or compact licenses

Responsibilities:

• Follow the client's plan of care, providing care while maintaining the client's dignity and independence
• Monitor vital statistics and report abnormal findings
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the plan of care
• Complete routines established by other care professionals such as PT, OT, Speech Therapists
• Ensure infection control policies are maintained and report communicable diseases or infections
