Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 - $525,000
• Unlimited earning potential (uncapped productivity incentives)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $50,000
• Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000
• Partnership Track: Eligible after just 1 year

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Preferred 5+ years of experience (open to strong candidates with leadership potential)
