In this position, you will effectively lead the maintenance function including technician and a supervisor to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, enhance technician skillset through training and work cross functionally with engineering across key improvement projects. The role will be heavily involved in new product line launch, whilst communicating standards, expectations and quality effectively. The successful candidate will have a background developing and leading maintenance teams in a food or beverage environment. Responsibilities Oversee and lead the maintenance department for a fast growing manufacturing business with goals to implement a brand-new product line. Design and implement preventative maintenance programs and lead maintenance across a range of production equipment and machinery. Work cross functionally with engineering teams across critical improvement projects. Qualifications Maintenance Manager from a food or beverage background.
