Our driving teams celebrate our compensation package offerings such as:Hourly rates between $28-$32 per hour depending on scheduled shift and location- make more than you would as a traditional mileage pay in less time!Overtime pay starting at 40 hours worked per week (typical work weeks can offer regular OT opportunities)Per Diem and cell phone stipend paid in addition to hourly ratesHome every weekend and 10+ holidays!POSITION SUMMARY:The Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting freight across regional and national routes while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. This role includes conducting vehicle inspections, securing and delivering loads, maintaining accurate logs and shipment documentation, and assisting with loading and unloading freight as needed. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, relevant OTR driving experience, a strong commitment to safety and customer service, and the ability to work independently in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Transport Materials from vendors to company warehouses or directly to customersHandle and inspect hazardous materials, manage records, and respond to spills or incidents following emergency action plansInterpret customer orders, shipping papers, or purchase orders to schedule and execute deliveries or pickupsPick up products, verify accuracy, and deliver to the appropriate location; collect payments for deliveries and servicesKeep detailed truck logs in compliance with state and federal regulationsEfficiently load and unload goods, securing cargo for safe transit and returning empty containers as neededInspect and maintain truck equipment and supplies.
