Job Title: Shift Manager Job Description Shift Managers lead each shift, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor performance, enforce safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
